Yep, his time is done. I love him but he's just not effective or sharp anymore. The one thing he has for him is his speed but that's not enough.

You need more than just speed these days. I've had enough of watching him run into blind alleys I'm afraid. It's sad cos I really like him but I think he's not good enough
