How do we get people to care enough to vote? What does the Democratic Party stands FOR, other than “Trump Bad”. Too many people see both major parties as not caring about them. How do we convince them otherwise? Who will really lead the party. I think it will be the governors (Newsom, Pritzker…?)

This is exactly why I became a left leaning independent. I can't say that I would vote for Newsom. He threw the homeless, foster kids and the trans population under the bus. I'm not ok with that. But if I raise concerns I'm met with condescension and "But Trump".

Exactly. And we have so many good ones who won't bend the knee. Tho, I'm not going to lie, I really like Ro Khanna and wouldn't mind young, new blood leading the charge. Josh Shapiro is someone who I really hope will lead us through this dark time.
