Miller is running the White House now that Trump has gone off to lala land. And, Miller doesn't give a damn about anyone like kids in Minnesota. He has his Nazi agenda and violence is one piece of the action to him. I'm certain that he considers everyone hurt by the shooting to be collateral damage.
