We’ve been told we HAD to increase Defense spending to new levels every single year for the last 70 decades because of how dangerous the world was and is, only to elect a guy who plays patty cake with foreign bad actors and directs our armed forces to invade American cities.
And that will probably be the next excuse for an increased defense budget...
The American taxpayer has been played, even by the better governments over time, frightened into believing that the DoD must have an unlimited budget to keep America safe..which is bullshit. It’s just another ruse to enrich contractors and politicians..
Sounds like it was always horseshit. Abolish ICE and DHS and defund the military and police forces across the U.S. We have a drunken idiot as Secretary of Defense and a half dead dementia addled reality host for president. If our enemies wanted to attack us, they would be doing it now.
