Let me ask a very specific question: which do you think will happen first? A) The waiting list for unhoused people wanting safe and acceptable housing will drop to under 100 B) There will be another sweep of a homeless encampment I'm saying that the answer is B). And I'm saying that's evil.
Again, California is uniquely cruel to unhoused people. Just evil. Your periodic reminder that NYC has more unhoused people per capita, and more in total, than San Francisco. 🙂🙃 But New Yorkers aren't scared little babies, so rich New Yorkers don't cry when they live near shelters. Be better.
