If it's with the dictator then we get rid of the "Supreme Court" there is no reason to have one if they are not UPHOLDING the constitution they took an oath to uphold.

I hear you… and agree. But there are some plain wording of the constitution lines that even they would not cross because would erase ANY legitimacy & kill their post Trump future. The common thread of cases: Is an emergency anything POTUS declares as emergency even in bad faith? It’s absurd.
