Medicare fraud is a well known entity. We had a good system for catching it. Not perfect. T2 has dismantled some of this and JDs no longer going for white collar crime. Corporations are big in Medicare fraud. They're the biggest problem. Healthcare doesn't have to be run by big businesses.

And yet trump says it’s the recipients who are causing the waste, fraud and abuse.
