So, as I was going into the grocery store today, I saw a man coming out with his entire cart full of milk. I'm talking at least 20 1-gallon jugs of whole milk. There was nothing else in the cart. Just milk. Did I miss something? Is there supposed to be a run on milk going on?!? 🤣
He wants to take a milk bath.

We do use many gallons of milk in some of our pujas. Perhaps he was stocking up a nearby temple for an abishekam? (Where we ritually bathe the Murtis in the temple with milk)?
I frequently encounter people with a shopping cart full of one particular item because that's what they've been assigned to bring to the reunion, the camp, a restaurant, etc. But that's usually at Aldi or Costco. Milk bath. Just visualize an orgy in a milk filled jacuzzi.

Maybe he worked for a restaurant or bakery and they needed milk and their supply truck won’t come for a few days? When I was in college I worked for the dining services bakery and had to do an emergency run to Wal-Mart. But, people are so weird who knows nowadays.
