What Republicans have done to Americans is well documented... taking away regulations that protect people (resulting in unnecessary deaths for profit), attacking minorities, making it harder to vote, impoverishing people, gutting education, demonizing LGBT people, etc. (2/3)
But all Democrats have ever done to Republican Voters is make healthcare more accessible & affordable, make it easier to vote, ensure food & drugs are safe, and air & water are clean, education is free, and that we can retire with dignity. For this, they hate us. (3/3)
They hate the concept of equality because they see life as a zero sum game. They are “I” people, most liberals are “We” people.
Republicans would rather everyone suffer, including themselves, than have minorities, women, and children be treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.
