The 8th Circuit thinks the state AGs are the only ones with standing to sue to correct the state’s violation of individuals’ rights. That makes zero sense.

What about useless, corrupt AG’s who won’t represent their citizens? Ken Paxton.
Plenty of those who are the architects of the state violating people’s rights in the first place. Plus technically the state is the AG’s client, so it’s a conflict of interest for them to represent individuals in an action against their own client.
