Of course, but an even better way to dramatically reduce dis/misinformation would be for major media outlets to stop writing articles with these heds, deks, & ledes in the first place.

Agree, and the motivation for my original post is hope that starving such articles of attention would eventually result in fewer such articles being published in the first place
