Anyway, you can't really have it both ways. Either we can have low wages/prices, or we can have less immigration. So enjoy the further food price inflation, along with the racist authoritarianism.

To be fair, I suppose low and medium income rental housing units may become open in many markets. That could help address housing shortages. Owners might make less money if housing demand craters. There are potentially many economic dislocations.
