But in this case, the Dems didn't want any of this to happen and even tried to warn us, so it doesn't make sense that you would hold them responsible for why this is all happening.

So, for that reason, you believe that the Dems are responsible for why the Trump regime is doing these horrific things as well? If so, why are you also turning a blind eye to the evidence that proves that SCOTUS is more to blame for this?

Because A: the SCOTUS is not composed of elected officials, so the average person has no influence over them; and B: it’s the Dems fault that it’s a 6-3 court (and Ginsberg’s) for not forcing her to step down when Obama was president.

Just because the SCOTUS members aren't elected and have a 6-3 conservative majority doesn't mean we can excuse them for their role. Had the J6 trial happened, Trump would not be back in the WH right now and SCOTUS was the reason for why the trial didn't happen.

And Karen Henderson from the DC Appeals Court is also conservative, but she ruled against Trump in the immunity case. If Henderson could rule against Trump, then the conservatives on SCOTUS could've as well, but they didn't.

What I was trying to say is that even if you hold the Dems responsible for why SCOTUS has a conservative majority, it's not an excuse for them to help Trump escape accountability and grant him immunity.
