They are proposing eliminating exclusionary zoning (good) and eliminating most environmental laws (terrible).

They shy away from details, so they aren't "against" a massive infusion of social housing. Industry is not lobbying for that, so you mostly see things like Section 208 of the Road to Housing Act. It eliminates floodplain elevation requirements, site contamination analysis, floodway prohibitions,

and the Endangered Species Act for HUD infrastructure, shelters, and single family housing projects, including disaster recovery. It is something Republicans wanted years ago that is now "Abundance."
