The Tennendo Omani frankincense has to be the closest of any stick incense to using the resin itself I've ever encountered. Which I appreciate, because messing around with those little charcoal pucks can sometimes be a lot of fuss. #incense

... I'm the weirdo that asked my local woods for permission to collect the resins myself and now I'm just rocking a wire net incense burner over a tealight, if that option helps. Or we even make a 9-herb Slavic incense from local ingredients including 3 types of resin. Mortar-ing it is hard though
