Or maybe he had a stroke in the last few days and is unable to talk now. He looks more decrepit than usual in that photo which could also be a sign of a stroke too.

There have been other signs that TIAs/CVAs have been going on for awhile. He had a visible right side facial droop in Qatar. He has slurred words when taking to the press. He has been seen dragging his right leg at times. It is very possible he had another TIA or CVA this week with aphasia.

I have a neighbor who's had multiple TIA's. He can walk around and recognize people but he's barely verbal now. Trump's body on it's feet doesn't make him fit enough office.
