As much as I hate to not give him discredit, there are a few cases of bubonic a year and no vaccine for it anyway. It's treated by antibiotics, so while obviously one doesn't *want* it, it is astronomically less dangerous than it was back then. Until we get antibiotics resistance ofc.
One could argue that you could have placed measles in the reintroduced category and this is the result of the damage he did before he became Sec of Health. I can't imagine the damage this WACKO will do by this time next year.
