I hope not. I know there have been measles (pic 1) outbreaks recently in Texas. Measles are small, flat red or reddish-brown spots that may become slightly raised. But I haven't heard of any smallpox (pic 2) outbreaks recently. Smallpox are quite raised. Both are dangerous, but smallpox is worse.
