In short, there is no definition of "biological sex" that always includes all trans people, and always excludes all cis people. It's not a thing. There is no innate biological characteristic that can be pointed at that makes it true. This includes hormones, genetics, reproductive capabilities, etc.

As a result, when people say "biological male", what they're doing is trying to sound important and intelligent by "sounding" scientific. It creates a false sense of scientific authority in an area in which hey are fundamentally presenting something falsely.
