Even just making some of the already-in-production vehicles available in North America would great. Gotta do a family road trip at and still get great fuel economy? How about this:

Oh gosh yes. Aaaaand! Did you know that the EU Golf Wagon has a handle that you pull and a hidden trailer hitch flips down from under the bumper? The NA wagon does not. Something something towing something warranty liability.
I am also a little biased... (and disappointed that we don't get the GTE in Canada)
I'm also a bit biased. I have a 2016 Sportwagen. It's a fuel efficient so everything vehicle. I'd consider up grading it if VW would bring it back to the Canadian market. (Especially as a plugin hybrid).
Yup, they're almost perfect (see above trailer hitch comment). Rented one and got 5.4L/100km hwy between Montreal and Toronto. If only we could get the EU e or hybrid versions. All the vehicle that most people need.
I would love an electric polo so much
Id live an electric first gen Audi TT.
I think I am slightly biased because my husband had a VW Cabrio when we met. Infinite vertical storage, cool as hell.
Didn't even need to take off the wheel!
when i run out of volkswagen engines, you better believe an e-conversion is on the menu cars should be a little bit raw and a little bit uncomfortable the way 80s and 90s cars were, because they were light, thrifty, and Enough, and now they're Too Much, and we all suffer as a result
I legit drive an eGolf! Range kinda sucks (around 75 miles) but it's perfect for a car that never leaves my city. I do think Rivian is coming out with a little hatchback that might fit this profile:
😍😍
This little beauty has been in my neighbourhood for years. It seats 2 (two)! And it makes a Hyundai Elantra look enormous. I want / covet it, but at 6'2" I would never fit.
those Midgets are pretty cute
This is what I keep asking for! I want a '90s-Civic-sized electric hot hatch with 150-200 kW going to all four wheels*. We have the technology. We can make it happen. *RWD is my second choice.
