I agree, we should all be doing that, not just posting about it. But it's always a challenge to cut thru the RW propaganda machinery, and if the left doesn't start making inroads against the propaganda machinery, we're toast. This means building the *infrastructure* to compete.
I mean, you're saying it. THE NATIONAL CONGRESSIONAL DEM LEADERS and are falling into the "just posting" category becuase Jeffries is just terrified to say something not appropriate for a Wal-mart board meeting and Schumer doesn't react until five months later. These two are NOT regular people.
No one’s gonna come and save us. The only way to fix it is a grassroots movement by the people. That’s where the real power is. There’s nothing stopping any of us from getting out there and protesting.
And it's not about "coming to save us". Strength and camera time are absolutely essential to Red voters as they don't see anything else but testosterone or estrogen. Pritzker (and Newsom!) is doing more for EVERYONE nationally by flipping the bird at fash than Jeffries or Schumer is by going 🤷♂️

Agree. But it's a different ballgame in deep red areas as it's much more important to be informed and spread THAT information around even to Reds who don't want to hear it. Protesting is dead in Red areas. Coming back at ppl with a well placed "whelp, that's what ya voted for!" is more effective.
The "red state people" are especially not gonna hear anything "Jeffries and Schumer" say. The protest has to be local and grassroots, that's the only way they see it. And there *are* many people in red areas who are not OK with what's happening.
