When white people say "black lives matter", do they actually believe it and mean it or are they just saying it to make themselves look and feel better? Signed, a black guy.

If any of y'all are white, can you confirm if you stand with black people when you say phrases like that or if you just bystand and still say "BLM".
Like, if you witnessed the horrors of police brutality or someone (black) being hate crimed, would you stand back and just watch or would you act and fight back and stand with us?
I don't trust white people.
