Germany didn't drop nuclear because of economic issues. France is heavily indebted and spends large sums subsidizing its nuclear industry - and that is not economically sustainable.

What about more public assets ? Private compagnies goals is to make money, so they will break the market to do so. Like for exemple USA, where the cost of energy is outrageous.

You are comparing apples and bananas. U.S. power grid is owned by public and private and public/private and it is regulated by the government regardless of whether it is owned by private investors or governmental bodies.
