How come? "Customers in Scotland,[] pay more for distribution and standing charges because of the greater distances and rugged terrain involved in delivering electricity to remote areas. " and "Scotland remains a net exporter of electricity to other UK nations". Do we give it away?

There's no rugged terrain in N England and Wales. The Dales and Snowdonia are famous for their flatness, suitable for airstrips, retail parks and wheelchair accessibility.

All the so-called 'regulators' are actually in the pockets of the industries that they're supposed to be regulating The most blatant admission of this has been when Starmer said they should encourage growth 🤡 Regulators are supposed to regulate, not encourage growth! www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

The Great Mr Edstone, his delusions of adequacy are truly breathtaking. The man who said that he would not consider Zonal Pricing if it meant cheaper bills for Scotland but dearer bills for England. #YouYesYet
