I’m going to figure that out because Indigenous Gathering Place has MOU’s but still no land. The Metis housing likely just bought.. I’ll have find out more.

ok I'm going to try to find the agreement for this housing project here – it was city-owned land transferred to the Indigenous Land Trust, which former a partnership with housing developer and operator (both Indigenous nonprofits).
