Mine broke in the same place! I had them taped together for years and the tape kept falling off, and eventually I superglued it and it held.

They are so beautiful now! They look brand new! So they are replacing my Bose QC45s, they are relegated to the workshop
It's so nice to repair stuff around the house. We get so used to replacing stuff.
I'm proud of all the stuff I've been able to save since I've started tinkering with electronics. Most of all, saving my laptop a few times!
For me it's small things. The remote for my dad's big fan got rusted through, and I managed to get it working with a bit of solder and a paperclip :p
Love my XM3s but they keep making an awful crackling noise in the right ear. Not always, but frequent enough to be annoying. Workhorse headphones though with insane sound quality.
Like a sort of creaking/ticking, occasionally? Mine do this too, I thought it could be loose housing or something but I haven't been able to track it down.
Nah, it's almost like the wind howling. I think it's a problem with one if the noise cancelling mics. Just gonna suffer through until the 6s later in the year
That's awesome you found a replacement headband! I've got the XM4's and have worn them daily for like 5 years. Thinking about them breaking like that makes me sad
They are such a good pair of headphones. I love the touch gestures
they are pretty great, but I accidentally touch them sometimes 😄
