I have a colleague who recently screened 70 CVs for a post and read every one. The repetition of the advert key terms and the replication of certain paragraphs between applicants easily highlighted the use of AI in the CVs. This was for a comms job too. If you can't write a good CV then....

I’m taking no middle ground or kid gloves on this one… If you’re pretending you’re a comms person and your entire job search is ChatGPT… You prob deserve to be unemployed - you’re not keeping up in the real world ✌️
