I want to be clear I’m not comparing any of the people here with dogs, but this is my beagle, her name is Gracie - I felt obligated to reply when I read this.

Ha, and no worries! The beagle I was thinking of was my parents' dog Luna (RIP) who was sweet but dim and had no backbone whatsoever.
