They are making money - charging $350M a year to build a tent city in a swamp to house 3K people (that's $115K a head) sounds a lot like you are making about $80K a head profit, or $240M profit, per year, give or take (the average cost to house an inmate in the US is about $35K) Evil is profitable

They are profiting off of human beings with no criminal record being tortured. They must be so proud!
These filth need to end up like the Thyssens and Krupps in Germany after WWII. Hanged or long, long prison terms. And all the corporate and personal profits must be expropriated and used to pay reparations to those imprisoned in these obscenities.
