...so did people take them or bank them. Bank sick days is a terrible policy. If you're sick, you're sick stay home, rest. A bank incentivizes people to save.

In some companies you need to bank sick days when you only get a limited number of days in case you get really sick (think cancer or a bad car accident) and don't have access to short term disability.

100% people should stay home if theyre sick. People in general would be sick fewer days per year if they worked home... because at home you dont catch viruses from the office guy who banged 5 hookers during the weekend and gave you a new type of flu that turns into a new pandemic weeks later
