Apple TV devices are already “Matter” hubs, so I don’t see a reason to expect this to break interoperability.

Think they're all in Matter, so I wouldn't expect it. They continually make updates to support latest Matter specs and even offered up many of the HomeKit specs to Matter I think the real difference they'd rather make is the way we interact with and use these devices, where they can differentiate
