There have been times when you've said something that I didnt agree with, but it made me think and assess why. And that is a really good thing because sometimes, just sometimes, I may not be 100% correct in my beliefs.😉

My opinions have changed a lot over the decades, and it may be something you say that changes me for the better. I try to keep an open mind and be respectful (unless it becomes clear i'm not getting the same respect).

Agreed, my opinions have also changed. I am all about respect, it has been my main driver throughout my careers. If you cant show respect, then I cant work with you.
