I don’t subscribe to organize religion. But I have read the Bible (old and new) and can confidently say they don’t need to examine themselves and wait for their inner monologue to justify their position. They need to read it. None of what’s happening is in line with the teachings of Christ.

Similarly or the same, reading the Word of God in the Bible is getting direction from Jesus Christ.
