Hiding from the heat with inside projects. Made up a focaccia using local Cairnsprings Mills milled and grown bread flour. The legendary Tartine Bakery in SF uses their flour, same with our local Skagit love Breadfarm. It's radical stuff. Now for a slow, cold rise until Monday. cairnspring.com
