This is my new hill to die on. The world is rapidly changing with powerful authoritarian threats. The media (🇨🇦 or not) is behaving as if the world is the same and placidly reporting. I empathize after seeing my profession treat antivaxxers as reasonable until they took over. #NewWorldOrder

There is no “both siding” some policies; especially when one side’s views will results in many lives lost.

When rot is allowed to grow, it WILL take over. It is not a matter of "if" it will engulf and consume the body, but "when".

Media needs to present facts. I can form my own opinions.

Media ownership has always been key to the issue, and editorial policy will always reflect the owners' bias. In Canada, the CBC's bias is a bit odd and you have to wonder who influences it, because it certainly isn't Carney judging by the huge pass they give Poilievre.

Again, looking back on what was done in years past, prior to increased U.S. ownership, the Prime Minister and his MPs were under greater scrutiny. If parties I preferred were in opposition, this was frustrating because they didn’t get air time. What’s different is PP gets air time without scrutiny.
