Over the years I've praised and admired #DeltaAirlines. I'm not much of a traveler anymore so this really won't make a difference to them but thanks to two breakdowns in resolving a simple issue, my allegiance is gone, and I'll likely cancel my #AmEx Skymiles account too. @deltaairways.bsky.social
