You can’t separate Americans from their guns just like you can’t separate Jesus from God. What you can do is limit the lethality of guns being sold. Sell them to be effective as a defensive weapon but not as a lethal weapon to the general crowd. Nobody needs a bazooka or AK-47 in a city.
