Doge collected information to clean up fraud. They have to know whose alive,whose not and whose fraudulently receiving check checks of the deceased.

You can always litigate, however the felon in the oval office would likely provide a blanket pardon as he has done for other criminals, such as J6.

Your point is valid - lots of issues to sort through for litigation structure. Would be interesting to see how it worked out, ultimately, even if a perfect complaint that is air tight, going in front of a republican judge or jury may yield 'not guilty' verdict. Such are the times we live in.

Oh, the stories I could tell about that. I have warned multiple executives about data breaches due to lack of adequate controls and guess what? Those companies ended up front page news with data breaches.
