Saw that you were in the hospital this year. Same here, but my neuro case is due to a fractured ass. Point is, I’m a fan, so is my family. Your struggles are in our thoughts. If you wanna chill sometime, I do a vinyl record show (usually for 1). No pressure to talk, no recording, just LPs & 45s. ❤️

Hell yea man! Nutrition, a lil bit of exercise, and sleep! Kinda keeps everything in place up stairs for me at least! Just sleep it off and really make sure you eat, i had a weird lapse where i forgot to eat for like 3 days one time and went through something similar, you will be fine!! 🩵🫶
