I dont really have adhd but as someone who struggles with focusing on long term stuff, i started using a notebook as a monthly planner and made a checklist on excel about a month ago, ITS GENUINELY BEEN SUCH A LIFE SAVER!

There's just something about checking off a box that feels so good 😩👍
I find lists all over the place. They help secure things in my brain when I write them but after that……….
I'm so sorry, i thought that said sex
Hahahaha thats on my other daily checklist 🥴
LOLL. But ye gosh ADHD is difficult 😭
It really is though, I got diagnosed as a child and never really took it seriously until my 30's when a therapist was like "nah, its a problem and you need to buckle down on it". I think it had something to do with it being downplayed over the years and made more of a joke than anything.
Yepp definitely
This is one of those things that I've always known to be true but for whatever reason I had no impetus to actually believe in for myself... but oddly this gives me inspiration to commit to at the very least giving a try
Give it a try man! Its honestly been a big help getting this game out... lord knows I need it lol.
how do you remember where the notebooks are
Ah, thats another thing, object permanence and what not. I always try to keep them in an area that I know ill pass by or see daily. If ive got em in a backpack somewhere it immediately gets forgotten in the day to day.
sigh. i was really hoping you had a magical trick you yr sleeve lol
Your one chair, the one holding all the unfolded laundry on it, put it on top of that. Hope this helps 🙇♂️

bold of you to assume it's not a pile on the floor lol
I wanted to give ya the benefit of a doubt haha
