Opened up a PC in front of my Gen-Z assistant, swapped over the hard drive, stuck a couple more ram strips in there They stared agog: 'I always wondered what was in there'. So I asked them how they THOUGHT a computer worked they just said 'I thought it was all just.. you know.. an app or something'

I don't understand. What do they think an app runs on? Is their phone just a drawing? I mean I know you don't know stuff until you do, but blimey.

They MADE the wheels that produce color. Or the color just appeared when they touched it. They didn't just "have" a "color" "etch-a-sketch." What is this, the future? haha
Yeahhhh - they expanded and said they didn't know WHAT to expect. The fact there was THAT bit and the OTHER bits was the surprise. I think it's because they're so used to electronics not being 'fixable, changeable' (etc) they were amazed that they could see inside. All very odd :-)
