Not sure it's a great idea. Just read a post where Canadians were told they weren't welcome in Vermont. It's a very blue state, so it just shows that there are enough MAGAts in each state that we don't want them.
Even on principle, our cultures are different enough where that could cause problems, and California alone rivals Canada's population. The US would be better off split into smaller countries with an EU-type thing. Canada's certainly welcome in it, but we won't actively pursue that till y'all say yes
