Like even if you think only state militias were intended to have the right to bear arms, this is what the plain language of the amendment suggests that right was meant for

Certainly genocide and slavery were also on the list but even back then they didn’t spell it out in the actual constitution

The plain language doesn't spell out rights of individuals to have guns. "The People" doesn't mean "all the individuals," it means "the nation (a a group)."
