There's really nothing stopping him as he's been granted immunity for doing anything in official capacity. SCOTUS really screwed us on that one.

Trump doing in Government what he's done his business career which is an aggressive approach to power. His previous associations haven't ended well, seen him grasping and overbearing, vindictively screwing them. He's anathema to sharing power. We see it with allies, and of course, now given immunity
