The point you made on Ezra Klein's show has stuck with me: that if criticizing Israel is always equated with antisemitism there will wind up being a lot of people who say, "Okay, then I'm an antisemite." Super grim.

There is—horribly—the very real point that the Trump admin treats criticizing Israel as a *criminal offense*, and many are quiet to avoid being disappeared. It's an obscene tragedy, but it's not cowardice; it's true. My own largely Jewish family hates Netanyahu but is afraid to say anything.

Zionist Israel says that helping Palestinians is antisemitic, even though they are Semitic people, too. The hostile occupation isn't hiding its fascism anymore.
