It was also a Canadian brand! And as someone who is trying to avoid buying US as much as possible, this is now basically impossible for vegan/vegetarian "meats".

I asked at my city's "vegan butcher" and they said that Beyond does have manufacturing happening in Canada for just their burgers at least, but that's not the same obviously.

Check out Big Mountain Foods: Women and Canadian owned and pretty widely available. I had to find an Yves alternative many years ago because they aren't gluten free.
