My family are from Saddleworth which really should be thought of as the West Riding of Yorkshire. Although I was born in Oldham and that is certainly Lancashire.

It is Yorkshire, it is also Greater Manchester and part of Oldham Metropolitan Borough. It is not part of the Town of Oldham nor is it Lancashire.

Always like going up to Saddleworth, the whole area is lovely. One of the best steaks I ever had was in the Roebuck pub, was 👌
