It is mad. We have been to five/six bars, eaten tapas, and I don’t think we’ve spent €100. Yesterday a round in Bordeaux cost €35 and the wine wasn’t as good as this. The most expensive wine I’ve seen is €20 a bottle.

Meanwhile, we’re in London for daughter’s graduation and spent £200 on burgers (nice ones though) and two rounds for 5 people at pub.
