I'm American, but I've lived in both NYC and London. So I'm spoiled. Those places have great PT *and* if you can't find what you want within walking distance of your front door then something's wrong.

I had friends visiting from England. Since I'm in Florida, they wanted to go to Disney. The one thing they went on (and on) about was the size of the "car park."
