I hear you. What CEOs actually do is cut employees to make an extra dollar in profit and give themselves a raise for the “hard brain work” they did to come-up with the idea of cutting employees to save that dollar. 🤦♀️ smh

Absolutely correct, I know of the founder of a small privately owned company that laid off 2 employees in 2009. It was the only time in their now 50-year history that they laid anyone off and his son, the G.M. told me his dad went back to his office & cried after they told them. CEOs never cry!!!!!
